Amazon offers the fabric shown in the picture in this post.  It has a black background and features the names and faces of the characters from Thomas and Friends.  If this isn't what you were hoping for, there are other options.

eBay has a wide selection of Thomas the Train fabrics for your perusal.  This looks to be a good place to do your shopping.  There are a lot of different colors, designs, and features of these fabrics.  Also, since it's eBay, you have a good shot at finding a good deal if you look long enough.  In addition, you can have some correspondence with the seller.
